Past and Present Activities: While in Globe, served 9 years on school board, named citizen of the year in 1972, and involved in economic development in Globe; Member of Rotary, Chamber, and Knights of Columbus

Longtime member American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)

Served two terms on AJ City Council

Elected to first two-year term of Mayor Starting June 2007
